The International Consortium on Landslides (ICL) has launched the new open access book series “Progress in Landslide Research and Technology” for the Kyoto Landslide Commitment 2020 for global promotion of understanding and reducing landslide disaster risk on 3 November 2021 during the 5 th World Landslide Forum held in Kyoto, Japan. The ICL decided to sunset the book publication program for World Landslide Forums after WLF5.
In order to promote Understanding and Reducing Landslide Disaster Risk, the ICL currently publishes one journal and one book series: 1) Landslides: Journal of the International Consortium on Landslides, 2) Progress in Landslide Research and Technology (P-LRT): Book Series of the International Consortium on Landslides.
The ICL invites contributions to the new book series as well as the journal promoting the Kyoto Landslide Commitment 2020.
